Stroller Strides® is a functional, total-body conditioning workout designed for moms with kids in tow. Each 60-minute workout is comprised of strength training, cardio and core restoration, all while entertaining little ones with songs, activities and fun! Each Stroller Strides instructor is skilled to meet you where you are mentally and physically. You’ll leave class feeling connected, successful and energized! No more mama guilt! This class is all about self care in a supportive and encouraging environment.

Fit4Baby® is a program designed to strengthen the body for all the changes it will experience during pregnancy. 

Stroller Barre® is a 60-minute cardio and strength interval class designed to improve posture, stability, and mobility. This workout combines moves inspired by barre, ballet, Pilates, fitness, and yoga to help you regain posture and alignment while strengthening your body from the inside out. Stroller Barre® will help you reconnect with your body, increase flexibility and develop the core strength needed for motherhood.

Body Ignite® is a mom-only strength workout that targets every muscle in your body. Using dumbbells and specially designed sequences, this easy-to-follow in-person workout will increase your metabolism, athleticism, and ability to lift, lunge, and push everything mom life throws your way!

We are so excited to offer a FREE Stroller Strides class with the Livermore Library. To get an official spot you have to sign up through the Livermore Library via phone.

We will start class at 9:15am and will meet right next to the flag pole near the parking lot (next to the basketball courts).

For class, you will need a stroller (if your kiddo(s) is coming with you), water, and a blanket or mat for our last station. Remember, our classes are baby wearing safe so if your little one likes to be in a carrier feel free to bring that too!

We are so excited to launch this 6 week prental program - FIT4BABY!

This 6-week program includes weekly private group workouts, community support, weekly “ask the expert” sessions (from a newborn sleep coach, lactation specialist, labor and delivery nurse and more), plus and a weekly journal to document your pregnancy journey. This program will build your mental and physical endurance, strengthen your body, give you a wonderful community of other expecting mamas, and prepare you for pregnancy, birth, and beyond.

Fit4Mom Tri-Valley is turning 8 years old! Come join us for a wonderful anniversary event on Monday, September 23rd at Emerald Glen park!

A free mash up stroller friendly workout class will be from 9:30-10:30am (showing our 4 different class formats that we offer). Then stay and enjoy some snacks, raffles, member class milestone giveaways, a soft play area for the kiddos and more!

We will start class at 9:30am right near the rose garden by the playground. Be sure to get there early to check in and get your raffle tickets!

Join us after stroller strides on Wednesday, August 28th for a visit to Livermore Pleasanton Fire station #7 right down the street from May Nissen park!

We will walk over from May Nissen right after class ends at 10:15am.

There is a max of 30 people, including kids and babies so please be sure to sign up to secure your spot! If there isn't space, join the waitlist and when people cancel or unenroll, people will be automatically added based on the waitlist number.

2. Moms’ Nights Out (once per month) This is a time for you! The goal is to provide an activity to allow your moms group to re-discover adult conversation and personal passions.
3. “Moms with a Mission” (once per quarter) Our goal is to provide a platform to help better the community where we live and play. We organize and inspire members to participate in activities focused on giving back to children, families and the environment.

Join us every Monday for a playgroup at Emerald Glen Park, in Dublin from 10:30am-11am. We meet either at the amphitheater near the playground or the shady trees by the Wave building.

Join us for our annual Egg Hunt! We will have eggs spread out for the littles to find with little treats inside (not candy). You can bring your own baskets or use the Easter bags we will have available.

The City of Dublin 5K is on St. Patrick's Day, Sunday, March 17th and how fun would it be to do it all together?! This is a family event, so bring the whole crew with you!

Registration for the event is $25 per person which includes a bib and a t-shirt. It is a stroller friendly race and kids under the age of 5 can race for free!

Witches Night Out is one of the most popular Mom's Nights! We dress up, eat, drink, dance, and shop!

We'll meet at Sauced BBQ Restaurant in Livermore for dinner and drinks from 5:30 to 7:30 PM. The table we reserved is $10 per seat (not including food/ drinks). If you can only join us after that, you can meet after dinner!
