FIT4MOM \| LITE Membership $69 every month • 4 visits per Month • This membership provides you access to 4 FIT4MOM Tri-Valley classes each month! This is a great option for working moms or those who can only come once a week. Unused classes can roll over for 1 extra month. 50% off the enrollment fee if you sign up within 24 of your first class! (normally $79)
Fit4Baby - Winter 2024 $150 • Unlimited visits for 6 weeks • We’re thrilled to announce our new FIT4BABY® prenatal program is starting this September, 2024! This 6-week prenatal program includes weekly private group workouts, community support, and a weekly journal to document your pregnancy journey. This program will build your mental and physical endurance, strengthen your body, and prepare you for pregnancy, birth, and beyond. This membership gives you access to all in-person and virtual Fit4Baby classes. This membership does not include other Fit4Mom Tri-Valley classes.
